Blaster Labs

This Shipping Policy forms part of the Blaster Labs Terms and Conditions and applies to all orders placed through our website.


1. Order Processing

All orders are processed on business days only (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).

Orders are generally dispatched within one (1) to two (2) business days from the date payment is received and cleared. Processing times may vary during peak periods, promotional events, or due to unforeseen circumstances.

Blaster Labs reserves the right to delay dispatch where additional handling, compliance, or verification is required.


2. Shipping Destinations

Blaster Labs currently ships to addresses within Australia only.

We do not deliver to:

  • PO Boxes

  • Parcel lockers

  • Freight forwarding addresses

This restriction applies particularly to products subject to transport regulations.


3. Shipping Methods and Carriers

Blaster Labs engages third-party courier and freight providers to deliver orders. Carrier selection is at the sole discretion of Blaster Labs and may vary depending on parcel size, weight, destination, and product classification.

Certain products may be subject to road transport only or other carrier-imposed restrictions.


4. Shipping Fees

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the delivery address, order size, weight, and applicable carrier requirements.

All shipping fees are non-refundable once an order has been dispatched, except where required by law.


5. Delivery Timeframes

Any delivery timeframes provided are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Blaster Labs is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Courier or freight carrier delays

  • Weather events

  • Industrial action

  • Regulatory or compliance requirements

  • Incorrect delivery information supplied by the customer


6. Authority to Leave

By placing an order, the customer authorises Blaster Labs and its nominated carriers to deliver the order with Authority to Leave unless otherwise specified at checkout.

Once a delivery is marked as completed by the carrier:

  • Risk of loss passes to the customer

  • Blaster Labs accepts no liability for theft, loss, or damage

Requests for signature on delivery may not be available for all shipments.


7. Risk and Title

Title and risk in the goods pass to the customer upon delivery to the nominated address as confirmed by the carrier.


8. Incorrect or Incomplete Address Details

The customer is responsible for ensuring that all delivery details are accurate and complete at the time of purchase.

Blaster Labs accepts no responsibility for:

  • Orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer

  • Delays caused by incorrect or incomplete address details

Any costs incurred for redirection, re-delivery, or return shipping will be payable by the customer.


9. Regulated and Restricted Products

Certain Blaster Labs products may be classified as regulated goods under applicable transport or safety regulations.

As a result:

  • Delivery methods may be limited

  • Transit times may be extended

  • Specific addresses may be ineligible for delivery

Blaster Labs reserves the right to cancel or amend orders that cannot be shipped in compliance with applicable laws or carrier requirements.


10. Damaged, Lost, or Missing Parcels

Any claims for damaged, missing, or incorrect items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

Customers must provide:

  • Photographic evidence of damage

  • Original packaging

  • Proof of delivery

Blaster Labs reserves the right to assess each claim on a case-by-case basis. Claims submitted outside the required timeframe may be declined.


11. Order Amendments and Cancellations

Orders cannot be amended or cancelled once dispatched.

Blaster Labs is not obligated to accommodate order changes once processing has commenced.


12. Force Majeure

Blaster Labs shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform its obligations under this policy where such delay or failure is caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, carrier disruptions, government action, or system failures.
