Refunds & Returns Policy

Blaster Labs

This Refunds & Returns Policy applies to all purchases made through www.blasterlabs.com.au and forms part of the Blaster Labs Terms and Conditions.

Nothing in this policy is intended to exclude, restrict, or modify any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).


1. Change of Mind

Blaster Labs does not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Incorrect product selection

  • No longer required

  • Dissatisfaction with fragrance, texture, or personal preference

  • Failure to read product descriptions or suitability

Please choose carefully before placing your order.


2. Consumer Guarantees

Under the Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a refund, replacement, or repair where a product:

  • Is faulty or defective

  • Is not as described

  • Is unsafe

  • Does not perform as reasonably expected

Where a failure is considered major, you are entitled to choose a refund or replacement. Where a failure is minor, we may elect to repair, replace, or refund the product.


3. Personal & Home Care Products

For hygiene and safety reasons, personal care and home care products cannot be returned once opened or used, unless the product is faulty or does not comply with consumer guarantees under the ACL.

We reserve the right to refuse returns where:

  • The product has been opened, used, or tampered with

  • The issue relates to scent preference or cosmetic variation

  • The product has been damaged due to misuse or improper storage


4. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, leaking, or incorrect:

  • You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery

  • You must provide clear photographic evidence of:

    • The product

    • The outer packaging

    • Any visible damage or leakage

Failure to report issues within this timeframe may result in the claim being declined.


5. Refund Assessment Process

All refund and return requests are assessed on a case-by-case basis.

We may request:

  • Proof of purchase

  • Additional photos or information

  • Return of the product (where safe and appropriate)

Blaster Labs reserves the right to refuse a refund where the claim does not meet the requirements of this policy or the ACL.


6. Return Shipping Costs

  • Where a return is approved due to a fault or error on our part, Blaster Labs will cover reasonable return shipping costs.

  • Where a return is approved for any other reason permitted under law, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable, except where required by law.


7. Refund Method

Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method.

Please allow:

  • 3–5 business days for processing, plus

  • Additional time for your financial institution to clear the funds


8. Sale and Promotional Items

Products purchased on sale or as part of a promotion are subject to the same consumer guarantee rights under the ACL.

No additional refunds or exchanges are offered unless required by law.


9. Gift Cards

Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash, except where required by law.


10. Cancellations

Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been dispatched.

If you need to cancel an order prior to dispatch, please contact us immediately. We cannot guarantee cancellations once processing has commenced.
